All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned, one having direct access to a large balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The professionally landscaped gardens contain 3 different patio areas. The villa is also equipped with a fully fitted kitchen including hob, microwave, washing machine and fridge Cable TV and linen is provided Transfers to and from Goa's airport Dabolim airport (40mins away by road) and daily maid service is also available if required.

 The villa is only a 10-15 minute walk
along the beach from luxury hotels– The Taj Exotica and
The Radisson White Sands Resort. Also, along this stretch of beach, there
are some very good beach-shack restaurants/bars serving excellent food
(fresh locally caught fish dishes being a speciality) and drinks at very
cheap prices. The beach is unspoilt and very quiet with traditional fishing
boats using centuries old methods. Varca’s beautiful beach also provides the opportunity to see the Dolphins and try waterskiing, parasailing, jet-skiing and windsurfing. More photos of the villa:
